Thompson Deer Stop Snares have a deer stop inside the neck loop and use our standard self locking (Mechanical) neck lock. The deer stop is left loose for you to crimp down at your states required dimension. Made with 1 X 19 alternate lay I.P.S. cable. Snares designated "XX" indicates a tree lock. The picture below shows a standard swivel which may be also used like a tree lock. Snare sizes #0 through #2 designated "S" or "TS" use this swivel. Snare sizes larger than #2 use a standard swivel.
SPECIAL LENGTH SNARES Use the following chart for added cost. Price is per foot per snare. Length is determined in foot units (not inches).
6 inches is considered 1 foot, 15 inches is considered 2 feet, 26 inches is considered 3 feet etc.
